Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026This page explains what YNMDrishti stores on your device when you visit this website, why, and how to control it. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal information more broadly.
The short version
We set no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data with advertisers. The site is a static site: most pages set nothing at all on your device.
What we actually use
- Strictly necessary storage. Nothing is stored to make the pages work — no session cookie, no login, no cart. The public demo console holds its filter state in memory only, so it resets when you close the tab.
- Analytics (only if enabled). If we have enabled analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies to count visits and understand which pages are useful, and Microsoft Clarity may record an anonymised replay of how pages were used so we can find layout problems. Both are loaded only after you interact with the page, and neither runs at all unless the corresponding measurement ID is configured for the build you are viewing.
- Page speed measurement. When you leave a page, your browser sends us a few timing numbers — how long the main content took to appear, how quickly the page responded to a tap, whether anything moved around while loading. It goes to our own server, not a third party, and it uses no cookie and no stored identifier — the only tag it carries is a random number that exists for the life of the tab, so that a page measured twice is not counted twice. Nothing survives the page you are on, so the measurements cannot be joined up into a profile of you or of anything you did. We do this because Google’s own real-user data only appears for sites with far more traffic than we have, and we would rather measure the experience than guess at it.
- Contact form. Submitting the form sends your details to Web3Forms, which relays them to us by email. It sets no cookie on this site.
What we deliberately avoid
- No advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No social media tracking widgets.
- No third-party fonts — typefaces are served from our own domain.
- No chat widget or session-hijacking scripts.
That is partly a privacy decision and partly a performance one: every third-party script slows the page for everyone who loads it.
How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for a site — usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking them will not break anything here, because nothing on this site depends on them. You can also send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal; where analytics are enabled, we honour it by not initialising them, and the page speed measurement above is skipped entirely for the same signal.
Third parties and their policies
- Web3Forms (contact form delivery) — web3forms.com/privacy
- Google Analytics, if enabled — policies.google.com/technologies/cookies
- Microsoft Clarity, if enabled — privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
