• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the site operating reliably.
• Audit footage and telemetry — for contracted road audits we process vehicle video and GPS data supplied by, or collected for, the contracting authority. This data belongs to the client, is used solely to deliver the audit, and is handled under the terms of the applicable service agreement.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Road imagery and privacy

Our system analyses road infrastructure — pavement surfaces, markings, signs, and safety furniture. It is not designed to identify people. Where audit footage incidentally captures individuals or number plates, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as restricted access and, where contracted, blurring) and retain footage only as long as the audit requires.

Data retention and security

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Audit data is retained per the client agreement and then deleted. We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect all data we hold.

Your rights
